Refund policy

At Best Kurti Offer, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

• Returns: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Paytm/Bank) within 5-7 business days.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it is shipped.
